Create a Label:-
- Log into Gmail account.
- At the top left corner of the page, click on the "More" option.
- Click on the "Create new label".
- Then enter your Label name.
- Hit on "Create" button.
- The new Label will show up in the list of Labels, which will return to the Menu.
- Click on the “Labels” button in your Gmail toolbar.
- Click on the checked box beside the label that you wish to remove.
- Select “Apply.”
- Manage labels in large quantities by just clicking the “Labels” button in your Gmail toolbar.
- Then choosing “Manage Labels”, which will pull up a menu featuring all of your current Gmail labels, with “Hide” and “Show” buttons beside each label.
- Hit on “Remove” button beside to them, and then edit them by left-clicking on the Label name, as per your choice.

- Now click on More followed by ‘Filter Messages Like These’. Sender email will be automatically filled and displayed in a filter box.
- Click ‘Create Filter With This Search’.
- Next select the check box ‘Apply the Label’, then ‘Choose Label’ followed by ‘New Label’.
Fill ‘Please Enter a New Label Name’ with senders name and then click Create. - Check ‘Also Apply Filter to...Matching Conversations’ and for labeling the emails click Create Filter.
- To display all the emails from the sender click the new label in the left side.
